If you can't find an event in your Humanitix account, it could be due to a different login or event filters that have removed it from your events listing view. See below for common troubleshooting for finding an event.
Review the account you have logged in with
Make sure you have signed in with the account that created or was granted access to the event. If you use "auto-fill" on your brower you may find that you have automatically logged in with a different account.
You can review which account you have logged in with by clicking account > my account or your profile in the top right.
Change your event filters
The events listing page can be filtered to show only events with certain statuses, such as draft, or listed in certain orders. Some combinations of filters will prevent an event from appearing, such as "past" + "upcoming".
Try selecting the "ALL" events option and ensure your filter is set to most relevant.
This is the expansive view, which will show all events (not including archived events).
Change your currency filter
Events are displayed by the currency they are set to. Your event listing will be automatically filtered by the default currency of the region you signed up in.
If you're running events across multiple currencies, adjust the currency in the top right.
The event has been archived
Archived events will not show in your event listing under any tab except for the archived folder. You can unarchive an event if you need to by clicking the menu "..." to the right of the event card on the events listing page.
Your event access has been removed
If you did not create the event and were given shared access to the event from another account, it could be that your access was removed intentionally or accidentally. You must contact the creator of the event and request that they reshare access to your account.
Advise them to navigate to account > permissions on the top menu bar and follow prompts to share event access.
Note: For privacy and security reasons, Humanitix cannot share access to an event with your account without the approval of the event creator.
