QR codes are an easy and quick way to give access to your event page. Download and add them to your promotional digital or printed media or put them on a poster at your event entry for smooth on-the-day purchases.
Note: You'll need to publish your event before you can download a QR code for your event page
To download a QR code for your Humanitix event:
Manage your event via the events tab
On the overview page select Download QR below your event URL
Select from two QR code options:
For event page | Takes guests to the primary event page, where they can view event information, such as the banner image, event description and refund policy. |
For select tickets page |
Takes guests to the secondary ticket selection page where they can immediately select and purchase tickets
Great when wanting to offer a quick portal to purchase tickets such as at the box office on the day |
Your event's QR code is attached to your event URL. If you change your event URL, the previous QR code will stop working, and you must download the new QR code.

Commonly asked questions
If I make any changes to my event after publishing, will my Humanitix generated event QR code change?
The QR code will remain the same unless you edit the event URL. If the event URL is changed, the original QR code will no longer link to the live event. Once the new URL is saved, simply regenerate the new QR code by actioning steps above, and you'll be all good to share the new QR code!
