An image says a thousand words… or something like that 😏 As part of our upgrades to the checkout, you can now add an image to any ticket, package or group. This means you can:
highlight particular items
articulate experiences better
drive more sales
Requirements
Image aspect ratio = 2:1 (e.g. 1200px x 600px)
Max size = 10mb
Considerations
We suggest using this feature sparingly.
Not every ticket/package/group needs to have an image. Start with your most important ticket types or primary entry tickets to get an a look and feel for the event page.
