All paid transactions incur fees that Humanitix must cover such as card processing fees, taxes, our infrastructure, etc to help facilitate that transaction. This applies to donations too and so unfortunately booking fees cannot be removed or waived.
In order to make these transactions more accessible through Humanitix, we've reduced the default booking fee charged on all donations to our NFP rate.
This rate differs between currencies and is charged per donation.
