Add badges to your ticket types

Updated over a week ago

Ticket badges are eye-catching labels displayed directly on your ticket types, highlighting things like demand or momentum to make your event page feel dynamic, build urgency, and drive more ticket sales. For example, "Popular", "Just added", "Selling fast".

How to add a badge to your ticket types

You can add ticket badges via your ticket type settings βš™οΈ. You can add up to 3 badges per ticket type.

Badges will automatically disappear when a ticket type sells out and only appear on the event page.

  1. Navigate to the tickets > ticket types page

  2. Click settings βš™οΈ next to your ticket type(s)

  3. Select the ticket badges you would like to add, or choose custom and enter the badge name and colour.

Tip: Use badges sparingly

Badges are great for drawing attention to your most important ticket types. Not every ticket needs a badge - or even 3! Too many badges will lessen their impact and overwhelm your event page

Make sure to also update badges over time as your event sells.

"Popular" and "Just added" badges will always appear in the same colour as your event page's primary colour set on the page design page.

You can add custom badges and change the colour to Neutral (black), Red, Yellow, Green, or Blue. These colours cannot be changed.
