Any order paid for using a payment plan that has overdue payments is at risk of being cancelled, and any payments made so far are forfeited. Ticket cancellations are processed at the discretion of the event host.
Overdue amounts will always be reattempted when the next payment due date occurs, in addition to the next upcoming payment. For example, if you missed a weekly payment on the 1st October, it will be reattempted on the 8th October.
You must ensure your nominated payment card is valid and/or has sufficient funds.
You can also make a manual payment of any overdue or upcoming payment at any time.
You can do both actions via the manage order button on your order and payment plan confirmation email from Humanitix.
