If you have received a refund confirmation email from Humanitix confirming that the event host has processed a refund for your ticket purchase then your refund will be credited to the Zip account you used to make the purchase.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.
When the refund is applied to you Zip account it will help reduce any owing balance; or, if you have no owing balance at the time, the refund will place your Zip account in credit.
