Earnings is the net amount of your ticket, add-on, or donation sale and is effectively the amount owed to you.
It is the face-value amount of your item minus any Humanitix booking fees, Afterpay/Zippay fees, discounts, or refunds.
If your event is not running in USD, earnings is inclusive of Tax or GST.
For events running in USD, your earnings may be exclusive of Tax based on your events location and therefore whether Humanitix is required to remit sales tax on your behalf.
Earnings may not always match your "payout"
Your "payout" from Humanitix only includes sales that have been transacted through the Humanitix payment gateway. It therefore will not include sales through a connected Stripe account or manual orders.
