Hardware requirements for the Humanitix for Hosts mobile app

Devices that do not meet the minimum hardware requirements may run into issues when using the app

To use the Humanitix for Hosts mobile app, your mobile devices need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A mobile/tablet device with a camera and an updated Operating System (Android 7.0 or iOS 13.0 and more recent versions).

  • A reliable internet connection to download the app and load the event data. While a constant internet connection is required to sell tickets with the Box Office feature, the app can still work offline for ticket scanning or check-ins with intermittent or loss of network connection. Your check-in data will be synced when a connection is restored.

  • NFC-enabled device to make any box office sales. Please note this may exclude most tablet devices. (See the full list of regional availability and device requirements of the box office feature “Tap to Pay” here.)
